How can I make sure my claims are processed quickly? To help us expedite payment from your insurance company, please make sure you provide a current insurance card every time you come to our office. Make sure the name you register with matches the name your insurance company has. Answer any correspondence from the insurance company promptly, especially relative to coordination of benefits and pre-existing conditions. Finally, if you don't understand the explanation of benefits from your insurance company, call them immediately for clarification.
What if I have questions about my bill? Contact our billing specialists online by go to MyPatientBill.com for the convenience of on-line correspondence, or call them at 707.255.7995. You will use the same login and password that you have chosen for your patient access. Please be prepared with your name, account number, and detailed questions so that our specialists can research your question and respond to you with a complete answer in a timely manner.
Will you file my insurance claims before you bill me? We will bill all insurance companies we have on file and post all payments before we send you a statement. This may take several months, especially if you have multiple insurance policies and/or Medicare. The amount we bill you will match the "patient pay" amount on the explanation of benefits from your insurance company.
